These terms apply to anyone who uses this site or buys a course or lesson from me. Please read them before you buy.

Using the site
The texts, videos, photos and course materials on this site are mine and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own learning. Copying, publishing, selling or sharing them, including sharing access to a course, needs my written permission.
Links to other sites, including affiliate links, are given for convenience. I'm not responsible for those sites or what they sell.
Free tools
The tuner, the metronome and the PDF to MusicXML converter are free. They are offered as they are, without a promise that they will always be available or always be accurate. Check results that matter to you, for example a score before a performance.
Buying the glissando course
The price is shown in US dollars on the prices page and at checkout, and is the full price you pay. Access to the course is personal.
Changed your mind? Write to me within 3 days of buying and I'll refund the full amount, to the way you paid, within 14 days.
These terms don't take away any right you have under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, including the right to cancel a purchase made at a distance, under the conditions of that law.
Private lessons
Lessons are online, on Zoom, at the prices on the prices page. We set the time, and how to pay, by email or phone.
Need to move or cancel a lesson? Tell me at least 24 hours before and there is no charge. A lesson cancelled later than that, or missed, is charged in full. Your right to cancel under the Consumer Protection Law stays as the law sets it.
Master classes
Master classes are arranged with the hosting school, department or festival, by a separate agreement.
Responsibility
Lessons, the course and the tools are teaching material. As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect damage from using them.

Law and courts
Israeli law applies to these terms. Courts in the Tel Aviv district have sole jurisdiction.
